Terms of Service

1. Operator

Prac (satprac.app) is operated by iWork Online Math Academy (아이워크온클원격학원), a registered business in South Korea (Business Registration No. 142-91-22306). These Terms govern your use of the Prac website and services.

2. Service Description

Prac provides an online practice question bank and mock exams (SAT, AP, AMC, TMUA, and related exams), including AI-assisted grading of free-response answers, progress tracking, and related study tools, delivered as a software subscription.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account via Google or Kakao sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information.

4. Plans, Payment & Renewal

Paid plans grant access for a fixed period (e.g. 30/90/180 days) starting from the date of purchase. All plans are one-time purchases — they do not auto-renew. When a plan expires, your account reverts to the Free tier; you may purchase a new period at any time. Payment is processed by Toss Payments (KRW) or PayPal (USD), depending on site language/region.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your account credentials, scrape or redistribute question content, attempt to circumvent subscription gating, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. AI-Generated Content

Explanations, grading feedback, and recommendations may be generated or assisted by AI models. While we take reasonable steps toward accuracy, AI output can contain errors. Report issues via Contact Support.

8. Service Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, iWork Online Math Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court having jurisdiction over the operator's business address.
