iWork Online Math Academy (operator of Prac / satprac.app, Business Registration No. 142-91-22306) processes personal data as described below.

1. Information We Collect

Account: name, email address, profile info from Google/Kakao sign-in.
Usage: practice/exam activity, answers, scores, study statistics.
Payment: order ID, plan purchased, and amount (card/account details are handled directly by Toss Payments or PayPal — we do not store full card numbers).
Support: contents of inquiries submitted via Contact Support.

2. Purpose of Use

Providing and operating the Service; account authentication; processing payments and subscriptions; AI-assisted grading and personalized recommendations; responding to support inquiries; service improvement and fraud prevention.

3. Retention Period

Personal data is retained while your account is active. Payment records are retained for 5 years as required by Korean commercial/tax law. Data is deleted without delay after account deletion, except where retention is required by law.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Overseas Transfer

We share payment-related data with Toss Payments (Korea, KRW payments) and PayPal, Inc. (United States, USD payments) solely to process transactions. PayPal processes and stores data outside Korea as part of its international payment infrastructure. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time via Contact Support.

6. Data Destruction

When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, personal data is destroyed without delay — electronic files are permanently deleted using irrecoverable methods.
